A No-Fuss Nutrition Guide and Cookbook For Cyclists On-The-Go

As cyclists, parents, providers, athletes, or young adults, time is of the essence. When it comes to food, we live in a culture where speed, stress, technology, and corporate food marketing influence our views and choices. And I get it; you don’t always have time to think about the who, what, where, when, why, and how of food.

But just like on the bike, hard work in the kitchen pays off. You make time to ride and train on your bike several times a week, right? So making time to be intentional about something you do 3-5 times a day (eating) for the rest of your life makes sense, doesn’t it?

To this day, I can confidently say my diet, food choices, and habits have helped transform my life tremendously. I believe nutrition is a lifestyle and a series of small steps we take each day to help us live the lives we desire. Whether we want to perform on the bike or in life, what we put into our bodies is what we get out of them.

I consider food the best medicine I can prescribe myself. As part of a well-balanced diet, eating quality food helps in many ways. It keeps my mind clear and gives my body the ability to take on the challenging yet rewarding experiences I seek, mainly in the endurance cycling world, as well as life’s everyday demands.

40 Bite-Sized Snacks And Small Meals For Cyclists On-The-Go is the perfect starting point to help you begin cooking more at home. In this book, you’ll find a simple guide to help transform your kitchen and diet. It includes a pantry checklist, snack-sized tips, and the tools you need to make nutritious and delicious snacks and small meals from home, all in 30 minutes or less.

By the end, you’ll be introduced to new nutrition concepts and cooking made simple, using real food ingredients that are nutrient-dense, easy on the gut, and enjoyable to eat.

I hope this book helps inspire and transform your own food and cycling journey into one full of good health, connection, purpose, fulfillment, adventure, and growth.

I just made 2 recipes from your new cookbook. The Date Butter Bike Crispy Bars and the PB&J Sweet Potato Sheet Cake. Both are amazing. Sharon took one of the Crispy bars with her this morning for her gravel ride. You have a big high five from me. I made the sheet cake to have for breakfast with my son who is visiting from out of town. He’s not a cyclist but he said its a “Wow” cake! We sprinkled a little maple syrup over the top. Holy cow it is amazing.
