Biked Goods’ first annual cookbook magazine, Bakin’ Biker ‘24, is here!
Jam packed with 100+ real-food recipes to help you eat, bike, and feel good.
Welcome to Bakin’ Biker ‘24
Welcome to the first annual edition of the Bakin’ Biker! My name is Tyler and I am the founder of Biked Goods. I’m an amateur cyclist, youth mountain bike coach, certified nutrition coach, and a baking fanatic living in the mountains of Colorado.
The Bakin’ Biker was created in the kitchen and out of a passion for cycling, adventure, growth, and fueling the next generation of youth.
In a health and nutrition market bombarded with online information, fad diets, social media influencers, corporate food marketing, and pre-packaged processed foods, one of my goals at Biked Goods is to keep food real, fun, and simple.
In this first annual edition, I bring you over 100 real-food recipes for on and off the bike to help fuel your lifestyle. Featuring personal favorites like Muesli and Banana French Toast Cakes along with fan favorites like Sweet Potato Kick Cakes and Walnut Date Brownies, I combine my best recipes for quick and small meals, portable ride snacks, family-style dishes, and sweet treats.
