The Bakin’ Bikers Club is LIVE! All About It + How You Can Join

There is nothing I believe in more than the power of riding a bike, nourishing my body with good food and sharing these moments with others.

Since starting Biked Goods, making the eventual move to Colorado, while taking on personal cycling challenges like the DAMN, MDH150, and Breck EPIC, this continues to be my M.O. as I look to grow as a coach, cyclist, husband and member of my community.

Both on the bike and in the kitchen, hard work pays off.

That’s why I’m excited to share with you today a brand new project I’ve been working on. It’s called The Bakin’ Bikers Club, a digital club for cyclists looking for a transformative experience in the kitchen and on the bike.

Since the pandemic hit and work-from-home life followed, I’ve been spending a ton of time in the kitchen making up my own homemade cycling snacks, studying sports nutrition through books and classes, and learning, experimenting and documenting everything food and nutrition-related.

Mixing up a batch of muesli

While I still have plenty to learn, I can confidently say my food habits and choices have helped transform my life tremendously. Making good food choices helps keep my mind clear and gives my body the ability to take on demanding, yet rewarding experiences like the DAMN, MDH150, BRECK EPIC and everyday demands.

When it comes to food, I believe:

  • What we put in our bodies is what we get out of them -  food is the best medicine we can prescribe ourselves

  • Eating real, whole, fresh foods mainly in the form of fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds and legumes

  • Food is social - just like riding bikes together, we should share and eat food together to help us form connections, community and recover as athletes

  • Giving back - using my resources and talents as a cycling and nutrition coach to help those in need, especially when it comes to food insecurity, food education and cycling accessibility. 50% of membership proceeds will be put towards youth development nutrition and cycling programs

And that’s what The Bakin’ Bikers Club is all about.

When you sign up you’ll get:

  • Sent a new weekly newsletter, with real food recipes to help fuel your rides + demands of everyday life

  • Access to an all-you-can-eat digital library of recipes and nutrition resources like recipe books and tips for fueling before, during and after rides

  • Member perks and discounts on Biked Goods products/services (I have some SWEET cycling socks and swag coming soon!)

I’m happy to offer these resources to you for FREE, FOREVER when you sign up by March 15th. I’ll also send you a digital copy of my pantry essentials guide, to help you get your kitchen and pantry set up for success.
